Mitchell’s students include the children of industry titans, leading philanthropists and several royal families. He is an Oxford University graduate with over 15,000 hours of 1-1 teaching experience. He specialises in school entrance exams, including: 11+ ISEB, 11+ London Consortium, 11+ CAT4 and 11+ CEM; 13+ English, French and Maths; and GCSE, A Level, Pre-U and IB English and French. Over the last decade, he has worked with high-performing international students in London, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Dubai, Geneva, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Oxford and Cambridge. 

Mitchell is known for his ability to create tailored resources and has collaborated with a number of leading educational platforms. He offers a wide range of services including: private tuition, mentoring and boutique resource creation. His approach is precise, methodical and data-driven. Students’ progress is recorded and measured against targets. Parents and students are granted ongoing access to his extensive lesson plans, lesson notes and regular performance assessments. Mitchell believes in the importance of benchmarking to evaluate the effectiveness of his teaching methods and goes to great lengths to tailor his strategies to individual learning styles. His data-driven approach allows him to refine his teaching techniques continuously, ensuring that he remains at the forefront of educational innovation.

Mitchell holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, London. He speaks fluent French and intermediate Italian.
